You can learn from the military to make sure you put everything in your pockets and belts in one place. Same place with everyone.
So, when you get a new ammo magazine, you don’t choose a hairspray can. Or, if a soldier is wounded, you know where their first aid key is. Therefore, you are using their first aid kit, not your own, as you may need your own later.
Motivation to get it right During basic training, soldiers are encouraged and motivated by regular team tests. So, for example, a sergeant would walk around and talk to his team. And just check that their kit is up to standard and packed far away in the right place. If not, in addition to coffee, they are told to think about why their kit area needs to be in the same place as their co-workers.
Not really. The field test includes a key test at any time. And those who did not do as instructed were dragged by an animal for half an hour. The reason we put the kit in the same place as everyone else is at the level of learning many lessons. Lots of lessons and no doubt many years ago. The soldiers also taught you to look down on the situation. Also see if local change is required in SOPs. Depending on the patterns you find, you can adjust your approach to certain situations. Writing down on SOPs ensures that other parties know what to do. And changes are sent to the approval and approval order.

More confidence Without additional confidence, none of the above will work well. Capture the backup magazine will feature sandwiches. SOPs will not comply. Without more certainty, you will be unsure which way to go. Granted, this is not always the case. But you are under pressure from the enemy, your co-worker is wrong, and you run out of ammo. You need to take risks and reach out to get their backup magazines. How confident can you be that you will find ammo where it should be?
Knowledge of knowing the answer The only thing that gives a guarantee of knowing the answer. Of course, everything we do and all our successful operations should be based on Intelligence.
